Joshua Sanders is a lobbyist focused on providing government relations and policy advocacy for clients facing regulatory issues. Josh has formed and developed nonprofits and political action committees to shape many legislative changes in Houston, including: the Development Code, Historic Preservation Ordinance, Urban Corridor Ordinance, Residential Buffer Ordinance, as well as several additional regulatory amendments.
Josh has also worked extensively on political and policy campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels of government. In 2007, Joshua worked with Americans for Fair Taxation’s national grassroots campaign. He successfully implemented the “presidential primary strategy” that garnered national media attention and recognition during a presidential election cycle. His experience also includes serving on the staff of United States Congressman Henry Bonilla and the campaign staff for Lieutenant Governor of Texas David Dewhurst.

Josh received his degree in political science from Texas State University.
